CHRIS WORKOUT

Private AI strength coaching

Stop guessing.
Start progressing.

A strength coach, a nutritionist and an analyst that share one memory of your training. Every set you log, every meal you enter and every progress photo you upload feeds the same picture — so the advice you get on Thursday knows exactly what happened on Monday.

Invitation only — new accounts are approved by hand.

10–20

hard sets per muscle, per week

4 weeks

of trend behind every judgement

2 passes

write, then audit every session

0

templates — nothing is pre-baked

Three halves of the same problem

Training you can measure, food you will actually log, and one screen that tells you which of the two is currently holding you back. Most people track one and wonder why the other isn't moving.

🏋️

Training

Sessions built from your own numbers

Pick a day. Your coach reads every set you have logged, what the rest of the week already contains, and where your volume stands per muscle — then writes the session and audits it before you see it.

  • Progression decided per lift, not per programme
  • Weekly set floors enforced muscle by muscle
  • Swap any single exercise mid-session in seconds
  • Hard limits — injuries, banned movements — never breached
🍽️

Nutrition

Logging that takes ten seconds

Type what you ate the way you would say it out loud, or photograph the plate. It comes back as calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre, and shows you its assumptions before anything is saved.

  • “3 eggs, oatmeal with a banana, shake with milk”
  • Photo of the meal works just as well
  • Anything eaten recently is one tap to log again
  • Targets from your own bodyweight, height, age and training load
📊

Dashboard

The numbers that decide the outcome

Both halves land in one place, ranked by what needs fixing first. Not a wall of charts — a short list of what is actually going wrong, and what to do about it.

  • Muscles sitting below their weekly floor
  • Lifts that have stopped moving, and for how long
  • Protein hit rate, weekly calorie average, bodyweight trend
  • Rest length inferred from your own session timings

It tells you what to fix, in order

Anything can draw a chart. The harder part is deciding which single number matters most this week and saying so in a sentence. Your dashboard ranks what it finds by severity and stays quiet when there is genuinely nothing wrong.

Fix this

Rear delts are 6 sets under their weekly floor

Four sets logged against a floor of ten. Two sessions remain this week.

Thursday's session will carry the shortfall.

Watch

Incline dumbbell press hasn't moved in 4 sessions

Stuck at 60 lb while your cable work has climbed steadily.

Rest 2–3 minutes on this one before the next set.

On track

Protein hit on 6 of 7 logged days

Averaging 191 g against a 189 g target.

Examples of the format. Yours are computed from your own logs.

What it does

🧠

A coach that reads your logs

Every session is built from the weights and reps you actually hit — not a template. Hit the top of your rep range and the load goes up next time. Miss it twice and the movement gets swapped.

📈

Four weeks of trend, not one day of noise

Total work per week, work per muscle week by week, and an estimated one-rep max per lift. Deload weeks are excluded from the direction, so a planned easy week never reads as a decline.

📸

Progress photos, honestly analysed

Upload front and back shots over time. Your coach compares the oldest to the newest and tells you plainly what has changed and what hasn't — then aims the next block at whatever is lagging.

⚖️

Food and training judged together

Volume without calories is wasted work. Weigh in most mornings and the trend against your intake tells you whether the number on your plate needs to move, in which direction, and by how much.

🔁

Swap anything, instantly

Machine taken? Shoulder cranky? Swap a single exercise for one that trains the same muscles at a sensible load, in about ten seconds. Or replace the whole session.

Logging that stays out of the way

Your prescribed numbers appear greyed in each field. Press Enter to log them as-is, or type what you actually did. The exercise turns green on its own when it's complete.

⏱️

Sessions timed end to end

Start the workout, complete it, and the delta is kept. Time per set — rest included — is the quietest reason a lift stalls, and it is one of the few numbers nobody tracks.

🚫

Your limits are absolute

Tell it what your body can't do — bad back, cranky shoulder, no barbell work — and it never prescribes those movements, in any variation or under any other name.

Four agents, one memory

Most fitness apps ask a model for a workout and print whatever comes back. This one puts the draft through review before you ever see it, because a coach that never checks its own work repeats its own mistakes.

1

The Programmer

Pulls your logged history, your trailing weekly volume per muscle, everything already planned for the rest of the week, and your progress photos. Then writes the session.

2

The Auditor

A second pass re-reads that draft against a checklist: is progression real, was anything stalled ignored, does it break a constraint, is a muscle group missing, is the rest adequate. It corrects what it finds and tells you what it changed.

3

The Swapper

On demand, mid-workout. Replaces one movement with an equivalent that hits the same muscles, avoiding anything already in today's session, at a load drawn from your own history.

4

The Nutritionist

Turns a sentence or a photograph into calories and macros, states the portion it assumed, and waits for you to confirm before a single number is saved.

Getting started

  1. 01

    Request access

Create an account. Chris approves members by hand, so this stays a small room.

  2. 02

    Tell your coach about you

A short intake: your goals, which days you train, your equipment, and anything your body can't do.

  3. 03

    Train and log

Tap a day, get your session, log each set as you go. It saves itself.

  4. 04

Add your food and a weigh-in

Ten seconds a meal, thirty seconds a day. This is the half that decides whether the training pays off.

  5. 05

    Get measurably stronger

Every session afterwards is built off the numbers you just put in.

Your last workout should decide your next one.

Bring your training history, your photos, and your constraints. Your coach handles the rest.
